Polarization-insensitive DDO-MMW-OFDM modulation for a 5G Mobile Fronthaul Uplink

摘要
We experimentally demonstrate a polarization-insensitive 5G mobile fronthaul uplink system with DDO-MMW-OFDM signals. With the proposed polarization-orthogonal optical carrier scheme, no polarization controlling is required for the high speed electro-optical modulation in a remote RAU.
