It is obvious that along the life of on individual, by willing or force, the alimentary behavior changes under the impact of the respective factors. However, there are certain situations in which the alimentary behavior supports transformations because of the simultaneous and successive action of several factors, We have the some situation now, the world economic crisis, which manifests in present in our country also. This generates effects both on socio-economic plan and psychological one, which determine mutations of the alimentary behavior because for each individual the aliments have, among their nutritive value, emotional and symbolic significations. In these conditions some measures are necessary, to a notional, family and individual level in order to maintain a balanced alimentary conduct, proper for each individual.
