摘要
Based on the existing problems of science and technology service platform, we put on the sharing platform design using cloud computing technology. It will integrate the upstream and downstream enterprises, the operators of science and technology service platform into a unified application. Resources agglomeration will realize on the public virtual service platform based on cloud. It will form a public and commercial operation pattern coexisting network ecosystem, even across service integration of resources, so as to realize service pattern innovation.
