摘要：
Logistics industry is gradually forming a network of integrated services system. As part of the logistics network theory, logistics network collaboration is conducive to the integration of dispersed logistics resources to achieve intensive operations. Based on the content of logistics network, this paper analyzes the content of collaborative logistics network collaboration and proposes the theoretical framework of collaborative logistics network, and analyzes the various factors: trust, knowledge acquisition, resource complementarity, information sharing, logistics capability and contract formalization.
