摘要
Now, low-carbon becomes hot issue all over the world, but less research on low-carbon residential area. By analysis on carbon sources and sinks, a calculation method of carbon budget is presented in this paper. After a calculation example of a residential area in Shenzhen City, possibility of bluilding a zero-carbon residential area for the using stage was discussed. Also, building a low-carbon residential area for the whole life circle was involved. Finally, it concludes that zero-carbon and low-carbon could be possible through some means. Origination in this paper is to present the evaluation methods of carbon budget systematically which was illustrated in a case. This may provide reference for relative research.
