摘要：
Teaching English as a Second Language is undergoing changes in China, with the coming of One Belt and One Road Initiative Age, among which Spoken English is confronted with the greatest challenge. The teaching and learning of Spoken English have been a hard nut to crack, yet the story changes with the emergence of Spoken English APP, which bears problems among popularity. A close research on Spoken English APP finds gaps existing between Second Language Acquisition theory and APP practice, hindering the full application of new technology in APP. Future application should take careful consideration of new technology and shift from behaviorism to cognitivism.
