摘要：
The paper describes the testing of multifunction protection systems in simulated in-situ conditions on the Real-Time Digital Simulator(RTDS). The significance of this type of testing is described in relation to tests on a multifunction generator protection, an integrated protection and control system for substations, and distance relays for application in series-compensated transmission lines.
