Challenge of Chinese Knowledge Capital on the Context of Globalization

Encounter the enhancing challenge of globalization and knowledge economy, Chinese knowledge capital owners adapting to the new environment accordingly. The purpose of this paper is to boost the theoretical understanding of the return pressure of the high-quality talents in China. In the context of globalization, Chinese knowledge capital which are undertaken by those high-quality talent, are meeting the choice of return or not from overseas. This paper will analysis the situation exists in the main group of Chinese overseas scholars from the macro perspective and make a review by the theory of push and pull. The result shows that even after the comparison of push and pull force between host countries and motherland, Chinese overseas high-quality talent will have highly intention to return.
