摘要
This work deals with the anaerobic treatment of food waste. The dry matter and organic dry matter were quantified. The samples subjected to the process of mesophilic anaerobic co-fermentation over the course of twenty-three days. Substrate form biogas plant was used as an inoculation substrate. Biogas production and methane abundance were monitored during the test. Tests carried out under mesophilic anaerobic fermentation for 23 days. Was compared to biogas production and the biogas quality.
