Analysis of Current Situation and Development Countermeasures on the winter leisure sports in the three provinces of Northeast China

Natural and humanistic resources in three provinces of Northeast China are abundant on the winter leisure sports. According to the survey, in northeast China, winter leisure sports infrastructure has certain development, but there is a certain gap with the market demands, and high standard facilities open to a lesser extent to the masses. Leisure sports service and organization have diversified characteristics. But limited to the lack of professional talents, service and organization level needs further development. Development projects are both traditional and modern, diversified characteristics. But limited to single marketing, consumer groups need expanding. Based on the above situations, this article puts forward the development countermeasures in the transformation of development concepts, optimizing the winter leisure sports products, and setting up as the main body of professional personnel training mode in colleges and universities.
