摘要
Open unemployment in Indonesia is high. This high unemployment has also hit the higher education graduates. Therefore, an undergraduate program on entrepreneurship is urgent to be developed to produce graduates who are able to develop a business enterprise and create jobs. Ideally, the qualification produced by the study program should meet the minimum competencies required to run a business enterprise. Link and match between the competency standards and the qualifications required by the enterprise can be realized by introducing a competency-based curriculum based on the national qualifications framework. This research aims to offer the framework of competency standards for the undergraduate entrepreneurship program. The competence standards cover all aspects of work performance including skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to create, design, and develop a business enterprise.
