摘要
The investigation should clarify which psychovulnerable and psychoprotective biographic dimensions distinguish between depressives and matched patients with other psychic disturbances as well as between matched nonclinical subjects. The study comprises 165 subjects. The scales of the "Questionnaire for Recording of Psychovulnerability and Psychoprotectiveness" (SEPPP) were used. Highly significant differences were shown between the means of the scales "Primary Socialisation" and "Behavior of Filial Contact" by analysis of variance. By means of t-test the groups of depressives and patients with other psychic disturbances differ significantly concerning "Primary Socialisation" (unfavorable scores) and "Behavior of Filial Contact" (unfavorable scores) from non-clinical controls showing favorable scores in both scales whereas only minimal differences were found between the clinical groups themselves. The clinical groups differ significantly concerning "Behavior of Filial Contact" only the depressives showing more unfavorable scores than the other patients with psychic disturbances. Modes of psychotherapeutic intervention were discussed.
