摘要
The systematization and consolidation of the knowledge about the protection of the worker's safety and health in every aspect related to work and the procedure of consulting employees, in particular, it's embodied in a proposal of guide for the Employees Consultation, which was designed to be a contributor to the reading and understanding of the laws that rules the process of consulting employees as established in the legal regime to promote safety and health at work. It is believed that, by simplifying the reading of the legal provision, and providing valid resources, it will conquer both the employee and employer to the dynamize and integrate the mechanism in all aspects of the prevention management. In this sense, the apparent legal implicity of the procedure of consulting employees, does not prejudice any initiatives of health and safety management, specially the development of a guide that integrates the consultation in the principle of the promotion of the safety and health at the workplace, regardless the sector and industry, of each player of the prevention system and that collects arguments that justify the need or importance to the employer of requesting an opinion for each one of the twelve subjects regarded by law.
