Fear of success in salespeople: What is it? How do we measure it?

摘要：
This study assesses the psychometric properties of the Zuckerman and Allison (1976) Fear of Success Scale (FOSS). Because the results suggest the FOSS is not an acceptable measure of fear of success, a three-dimension FOSS is proposed and tested. Although the results reveal an improved model, additional work is needed.
