摘要
The current study is framed within the context of the online Master in Higher Education Teaching provided by Universidad Andres Bello Santiago, Chile. The objective is to analyse the students' satisfaction that the 2018 and 2019 cohorts have of the programme, based on the data obtained by the satisfaction survey applied at the end of each of subject. The dimensions studied were subject structure and design, teaching resources, usability and accessibility and the university professor. The study methodology is quantitative with a non-experimental transactional design of descriptive scope. We worked with an intentional non-probabilistic sample corresponding to versions 8 and 9 of the programmes. From the 171 students who answered the questionnaire, 93 correspond to version 8 (cohort 2018), while the remaining 78 belong to version 9 (cohort 2019). The analysis results evidenced that the students show a high approval level of the different areas evaluated, but there were some ambits with a relatively lower percentage in the evaluation regarding aspects such as teaching strategies, material and virtual tools and the professor's role as a learning facilitator.
