摘要
Uncompressed video transmission method has been recently been paying attention, by this method is good quality of video. In this Project put forward video diffusion systems and the unequal power allocation can be important. UPA algorithm can be implemented and simulation Result is high and the video quality is good. UPA with Dual tree wavelet transform. Based on the QAM Modulation and demodulation method.PSNR value is high and it provides that the four levels of UEP scheme the stipulation the UEP approach and to the best video quality and the faster the video transmission of different wireless channel surrounding method. More power can be allocated the MSBs bits and the less power can be allocated to the LSBs bits. The Video quality is good. Improved to the PSNR and BER value of circumstance.
