摘要：

With the increasing of overseas exhibition patent infringement cases, study overseas exhibition to take comprehensive measures to strengthen the patent infringement accident prevention and treatment work, has become an important task of patent work.. This article through the present situation of patent protection for the exhibition at home and abroad is analyzed, domestic enterprises at present to show the main measures analysis of patent infringement. According to the research and analysis of corresponding laws, develop overseas exhibition patent infringement liability insurance to move overseas exhibition patent infringement risk, in order to reduce the risk of patent infringement enterprises abroad exhibition.
