摘要
The military conditions contributed to the aggravation of the situation in the social sphere, which required solving everyday problems of the whole society, including the protection of children. The living conditions of children during the war period were extremely difficult and depended on the measures of socio-economic regulation by the state. The problems of childhood were particularly acute in Stalingrad after the end of hostilities in the city and region. The publication describes the features of the daily life of children in 1941-1945, presents the state policy in the field of social assistance to children, and shows the features of its implementation in Stalingrad.
