Clinical Study of Knee Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis Based on Case History Analysis

With the rapid development of population aging, the incidence rate of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis is increasing. There is currently a controversy regarding the relationship between knee osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the relationship between knee osteoarthritis and osteoporosis on the basis of analyzing medical records. A retrospective study of medical records collected 2110 hospitalized patients with knee osteoarthritis, the first patient diagnosed in the hospital. According to the relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria, 1772 medical records were excluded, including 338 medical records. Information on the patient's name and gender, age, course of disease, medication, clinical symptoms and treatment methods were collected. According to the presence or absence of anti-osteoporosis drug combination therapy, the patients were divided into two groups. Group A was treated with anti-osteoporosis drugs in the basic treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The basic treatment of knee osteoarthritis in group B. The symptoms of the two groups were scored, HSS and VAS scores were evaluated and analyzed before and after hospitalization, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. From this, we can see that group A is better than group B after treatment (P < 0.05).
