摘要
]As the most active factor of social factors, human factors affect the safe operation of the substation including power supply security and the environment safety, which mainly embodies in quantity and scale changes of substations. Quantity and scale changes of substations not only affect the power supply security, but also expand the influence scope of the substation on the surrounding environment, increasing environmental safety risk. According to calculation results, the environmental risk index value around the substation is 4.44 and the risk to fail the required standard is high in Hunan province. The change of population density in the substation had a great influence on the noise environment functional areas near the substation. The results can provide the beneficial references for the substation's long-term planning and environmental protection design.
