摘要：
Corporate environmental responsibility (CER) is now on the corporate and political agenda in China. The objective of this study is to determine the relevance of environmental aspects for biopharmaceutical companies in China. This paper presents a new perspective that calls for an integration of CER into the business strategy as a source of competitive advantages in biopharmaceutical companies. The authors also introduce an internal responsibility system (IRS) to meet environmental responsibilities.
