摘要：

The object of this paper is characteristic of the enterprise valuation and categories of the value. The purpose of the valuation is to determine the company's value and is one of the important tools of management. The business value can be categorized and over time been developed four basic principles of the business valuation, namely: the market value, the subjective value, the objectivised value and the Cologne school. The paper is developed ona theoretical level and defines the company, the business value and categories of the value.
