The Balanced Development of Higher Education of China: Current Situation and Suggestion

The balanced development of education is becoming a hotspot. The balanced development of higher education system of China related with many aspects, such as the national university entrance examination, the equal employment, the management system in the universities, the evaluation of universities, the classification of universities, and the location distribution of universities. The evaluation for the outstanding achievement of teachers currently in the universities of China is based on the numeric system, which has misleader effect to the development of higher education. There exist not only in the inequality of sponsoring, but also in the university distribution as for the higher education system of China, which has shown negative influence on the national education. In order to balance develop the higher education of China, the cooperation and interchange between the different universities should be encouraged, especially for the interchange of teachers.
