摘要：
In this paper, the differential evolutionary/tabu search is developed. This hybrid method is applied to economic dispatch and environmental dispatch problem. The problem formulations are formulated as single objective function. The simple 6 units system is used as test system. The constraints of generations arc used to control the power limit of generators. The parameters of differential evolutionary/tabu search and original differential evolutionary are set as the same value. Test results indicate that hybrid differential evolution/tabu search can determine the better results than those from original differential evolution in both problems.
