摘要：

Based on the education ecological theory, this paper expounds that the higher education informatization is the core power to improve the levels of higher education teaching, researching, management and service. The ecological characteristics of the education information system are analyzed, and the ecological model for higher education informatization is proposed by adopting the information ecological concept with the view of system and the ecology. Elements of "people, practice, value and technology" in the information ecology are harmonious developing in the higher education ecological environment.
