摘要：
As a result of the prophylactic use of antibiotics, there has been an increase in the incidence of early Streptococcus viridans bacteremia following high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell rescue. A retrospective evaluation of 291 consecutive recipients of high-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell rescue was conducted to determine the incidence of S viridans ls bacteremia as well as to ascertain the impact of four different prophylactic antibiotic regimens.
