摘要：

According to the fact of listed companies from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) market, the corporate governance appraisal index system is constructed based upon the existing appraisal systems involved 29 indexes. This index appraisal system is utilized as a tool of evaluating the level of corporate governance of SMEs market. The result proves that the mean of corporate governance index of SMEs market (CGI(SME)) reaches 57.737, the interval of CGI(SME) is from 20 to 80, and the level of corporate governance seems quite reasonable. The result from empirical analysis indicates significantly that CGI(SME) is positively correlative to CPI, there exists corporate governance premium and good corporate governance structure and mechanism plays a major part in improving CPI.
