摘要：

Cultural and creative industries are one of the important pillar industries for the future economic development of China, which innovation abilities have a significant impact on country's soft power. The essay explores the internal mechanism of cluster innovation of cultural and creative industries, makes clear the necessity and urgency of the cluster innovation and then puts forward countermeasures to promote the cluster innovation of the cultural and creative industries.
