摘要
By using the FICE scheme and the thermosphere-ionosphere-mesosphere electrodynamics general circulation model, we analyze the effect of nonlinear propagating gravity wave on the OH airglow profile. The results shows that a shorter vertical wavelength gravity wave significantly influences the peak layer of,the OH volume emission rate when gravity wave through the emission layer, sometimes it can induce the double-peak structure in OH volume emission rate profile, which indicates that the nonlinear propagation of the gravity wave is a direct cause of the double-peak structure of OH airglow. In addition, OH airglow altitude distribution is sensitive to the breaking of gravity wave at mesospause. These results can explain some observations, and can provide a good indication for studying the characteristic of nonlinear gravity wave by using OH airglow measurement.
