摘要
A very useful airborne surveying system over ocean of real time data process and transmission for multi-sensor is being developed, The sensors of the surveying system are consisted of some remote sensing instruments. The processed and compressed data are transmitted to the satellite, and then the receivers on the ground receive the data from the satellite and process and display them. Because the different types of sensors are used it is difficult to assemble the sensors, sample and deal with the output data of sensors. On the other hand, because of the large number of data for the multi-sensor system and the limited transmission rate of satellite channel we have to develop an advanced data compression and transmission method.
