摘要
Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) systems have already been popularized and applied to the wireless communication Networks. In addition, High-speed mobile will be the essential problem of the wireless communication system, however it has the Doppler carrier frequency offset effect in the High-speed mobile environment. This will cause the failure of handover, delay of handover and frequent unnecessary handover happen. This paper will focus on the handover algorithm for High-speed railway (HSR) mobile environment to propose an estimation algorithm based on the carrier frequency offset. The simulation result shown the handover performance of proposed scheme is ten times as precise as the conventional, and proves it improves the reliability and efficiency of wireless communication networks in High-speed mobile environment.
