摘要
The "Transitional Labour Markets" are a reform proposal for the labour market, aiming at combating long term unemployment and social exclusion. They consist in extending and collectively structuring the bargaining processes on mobility in and around the labour market This contribution examines Transitional Labour Markets as a coordination structure, within a "local justice" elsterian approach: different and stratified actors interact in the formation and distribution of mobility rights, with different targets and resources. incentives, control and collusive behaviour problems are discussed.
