摘要
The paper emphasized the need to study the thermal conditions in air-conditioned building. Heat balance model was chose as the analyzed tool. An analytic system was set up for simulating the thermal condition of air-conditioned building. It include the outside heat balance model of exterior wall, heat transfer model, the inside heat balance model of exterior wall and the air heat balance model in the room. Used these models, the thermal character and energy of a buildings in Beijing is simulated and analyzed. The results make clear that these models could proper simulate the thermal characters, and it could provide guarantee for the energy evaluation of air-conditioned building.
