摘要
Contemporary times are about technology, Innovation and revolutionary ideas. Management Education needs to keep pace with the changing times and educational institutes need to offer a value proposition which is in sync with the needs of the industry and the needs of the youth today. This manuscript identifies 7 elements(curriculum, learning mechanisms, identity, skills, extracurricular activities, admission processes and alumni) which impact the quality of Business school education and helps understand employer expectations (across the 7 elements) from different sectors. On completion, the study will eventually stipulate how variation of emphasis on specific elements will make B-School students suitable for the 4 different sectors-Corporate Brands, MSMEs, Government agencies and Startups.
