摘要：
The codification, a process deeply rooted in history, has become in contemporaneity, in the context of globalisation and of innumerable forms of integration, a phenomenon of amplitude, which contains most of the countries, Romania included. In the present study, after we take notice of the historical evolution, we'll try to distinguish the causes and also the opportunity of codifications which have recently taken place in Romanian legal system.
