摘要
The mechanical properties of Ti-5Al-4Mo-4V-4Cr-3Zr bars with diameter of 16mm after heat treatment were investigated. Results show that excellent strength and ductility could be achieved in Ti-5Al-4Mo-4V-4Cr-3Zr bars after solution treated blow beta transus plus aging treatment. There is a tendency that the tensile strength is increasing with the increase of solution temperatures on the same aging conditions. After solution plus aging treatment, the alloy can achieve the tensile strength within 1600 to 1400 MPa with the respective elongation of 8% to 14% and shear strength of 830 to 750MPa.
