Research to Coordination Control Model of Trade Inventory Oriented Agile Supply Chain

The difficulty of inventory control is to guarantee inventory availability whilst reducing inventory costs. This paper explains a concept of collaborative warehouse management [1] that is based on agile supply chain. Through regulating and improving the warehousing process to build a platform framework that can achieve an information collaborative situation of all aspects of the whole supply chain, and build a collaborative inventory control model as well. This model diminishes the costs emerged within production, supply and sales procedures and increases profits by taking advantage of employing quantitative management of inventory cost and the optimal order point, and then in the end, a win-win situation come into being.
