摘要
Due to increasing market requirements, ensuring responsiveness through flexible assignment of staff plays a crucial role for many companies. One way to compensate the corresponding rise in complexity and flexibility of cognitive work requirements is the use of mobile assistance systems, which can coordinate and support the employees in dealing with more frequent job rotations. In a laboratory study, we compared the effects of a static and a mobile task assistance system on performance and on aspects of humane working conditions. Acceptance, usability and trust towards the assistance were rated higher for the mobile system. No negative effect, neither on the performance nor on the perception of stress and strain was found.
