Proposal for the development of a Central Eastern European learning market

摘要
For average people, phrases like eTextbook, eLearning material and eLearning course are often equivalent with documents saved in portable document format (pdf). Although not frequently, but this phenomenon can be observed in the Hungarian eLearning material development process, as well. This study argues that strict categories have to be defined in order to enable Hungarian eLearning to head toward continuous improvement. To support this argument, we introduce the latest eLearning trends (MOOC, blended learning, flipped classroom, etc.), then, we investigate the more and more urgent need for the national standardization of teaching materials and the possibilities of this process. Finally, we outline a proposal for the development of a Central and Eastern European learning market.
