摘要
Purpose-material and method. The Sensititre YeastOne colorimetric microdilution method (AccuMed International, Inc., Westlake, OH) was compared with the NCCLS broth macrodilution method for yeast susceptibility to antifungal agents. Results-conclusion. Agreement was 100 % for amphotericin B, 98 % for fluconazole, 98 % for itraconazole, 93 % for ketoconazole and 90 % for flucytosine. Additionally, the colorimetric microdilution method is more cost effective.
