摘要
Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL) present with primary extranodal disease in 20% to 40% of cases. The stomach is the most common site, but other sites include the salivary glands, lungs, and ocular adenexa. Primary gastric NHL was first reported as a separate condition related to mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT). MALT lymphoma is a distinct subgroup of NHL with particular clinical manifestations. It tends to appear in sites with a history of chronic inflammatory or autoimmune disorders such as Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis or ulcer, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Sjogren's syndrome, and many autoimmune diseases. Ga-67 citrate scintigraphy has been used routinely and extensively to evaluate NHL for more than 20 years. However, MALT lymphoma of the lung detected by Ga-67 citrate scintigraphy has not been reported.
