摘要：

Complexity makes large engineering projects face to more risk. which causes the gap between the reliability and implementation of project and expectation. This paper discusses the risk management methodology and architecture for complex engineering project, in the terms of traditional risk management methods, failure modes and effects analysis, and Continuous Improvement etc. Based on the modified project risk management paradigm, the Continuous Improvement Process Model for Complex Project Risk Management:, was developed.
