摘要
Due to the characteristics of the meteorological disasters, the meteorological disaster information has its unique characteristics which distinguish it from other types of information, mainly including: variety, extensiveness and timeliness. And because the mobile communication equipment in information service has the advantages of universality, timeliness and personalization, it is suitable for providing meteorological disaster information service as an important channel. At present, the mobile communication equipment with its advantages of universality and timeliness has been effectively put into practice. However, personalization as another characteristic should to be given more attention. This paper builds a platform of personalized meteorological disaster information service on the basis of the mobile network, considering the user demand as the starting point and the user context as the core, with the aid of various channels for offering the public personalized service.
