摘要：
We present a novel current-mode fully-integrable oscillating circuit for the interfacing of resistive gas sensors, using a reduced number of active blocks, in particular low voltage low power Second Generation Current Conveyors (CCIIs), to be used in portable applications. The proposed front-end, operating a Resistance-to-Time (R-T) conversion, can be utilized for AC-excited resistive sensors and does not need any initial calibration. Simulation and preliminary measurement results on a prototype board performed on the whole system have shown good linearity and agreement with theoretical expectations.
