摘要
A hybrid numerical model for the simulation of Magnetic Force Microscopes (MFM) is presented. Furthermore, to describe the mechanical behavior of the MFM cantilever different kinds of force calculation methods axe considered and compared to each other with respect to the total force as well as to the force distributions.
