摘要
In order to overcame existing 8086 designed certain type IMU's testing unprocessed existent abuse, a modularized, extendable automatic test equipment is developed. General purpose automatic test systematic design method based on virtual instrument is adopted, moreover PCI and USB are combined to design and realize a new style IMU test system. 1 way resistance and 6 way DC test is finished by 12 bit data acquisition card PCI-1710.A USB2.0 interface digital signals test card is designed through FPGA and USB interface module USB20C, it realizes 12 way Pulse, 5 way 50 Hz similar to 128 KHz frequency signals' test. Experiments indicate that this test system is stable, reliable, and convenient to operate and its interface is friendly.
