摘要：

Progressing rapidly of science and technology and still growing of the knowledge economy, Which bring enormous social changes. What kind of talents training in Colleges and universities, how to cultivate them? It should strengthen discipline construction with combining academic development and social needs. In the process of construction, the construction of innovative team and scouring teachers, which is to train the talent needed basis; it should combine with social demand for construction and subject orientation, clear training objectives and develop training plan, which is the blueprint for cultivating talents;It should strengthen the college to combined with scientific research institutes and enterprises, which is the effective way of cultivating talent.
