摘要
The successful operation and application in enterprises of foreign share option incentive system is inseperatable to the sound and nearly perfect system environment, while the practice of share incentive in China differs greatly from that of over seas. According to Chinese domestic situation, most companies in China are non-public listing companies, share flow and the implementation of stock option will be limited even if they are listed companies. Thus, choosing stock option is an effective and practical method of evading some obstacles and benefits the application of stock option.
