摘要
The paper aims to answer to the question introduced by the title: how to design product service systems (PSS)? Indeed, one of the main gaps in literature is the lack of a methodology to support the design of PSSs in a fully integrated way. The paper aims to present a first proposal of framework, based on usual Product Development phases, which wants to identify those methodologies or methods able to develop and manage PSSs.
