摘要：
In the traditional methods of risk evaluation in real estate investment, the proportion of risk factors will become inconsistent because they are decided by many different experts. Furthermore, the evaluation will be very complicated when the risk factors' number change more. This paper applies artificial neural network (ANN) to the risk evaluation of real estate investment and sets up the ANN model with fuzzy integrated estimation. It can solve the above question efficiently. Through the training and testing by the samples, the result is satisfied.
